Domestic shipping within Germany

Domestic shipping is a flat fee of 4,20 EUR. The package is fully insured and trackable..

Usually, we will ship 1 business day after payment is received and the regular shipping time via DPD takes 24-48 hours.

Please remember that bank transfers can take up to 2 days for us to receive your payment.

International shipping

Yes, we will gladly ship anywhere in the World! And we are doing so regularly.
However, we can not be held responsible for any taxes or customs fees that your country might charge when importing.
If you want us to declare the package in a special way, please let us know and we will gladly do so.

We will always pick the cheapest and yet most reliable shipping option for your country.
For most countries, we offer insured shipping (see table). We highly recommend to use insure your packages up to the value of your purchase!
Although we haven't lost a single international shipment, you are on the safe side if you paid for an insured package.
Delivery times may differ from country to country, but we have rarely heard about delivery times longer than 2 weeks.

other countries (100 EUR value) 7,00 EUR
other countries (200 EUR value) 8,50 EUR
other countries (300 EUR value) 10,00 EUR

other countries include: Switzerland, Austria, Luxemburg, Belgium, Netherlands, Great Britain, Singapore, Japan etc.

Payment options

Currently, we offer 2 ways (internationally) to pay for your order:

Bank transfer (only EU!) You are automatically provided with IBAN and BIC code in your order confirmation e-mail. This payment is free of charge for you and us (in Europe!)
Paypal (best for non-EU!) We will charge 3,00 EUR Paypal fee for this payment option. However, payment is usually received within minutes, so this option is perfect if you want to make sure your order is shipped quickly. You will find our Paypal account in your order confirmation e-mail!

We are currently working to offer Credit card payment as well. Please be patient until then and use Bank transfer or Paypal.
