“There are plenty of cases for six YoYos already, so we didn’t want to add just another boring black case to the shop.
Our version has a completely different character thanks to its blue carbon look and playing hands logo. And of course it still does the important job properly: six YoYos stay separated and protected, with additional room for strings and spare parts. For meet-ups, contests or travelling, this is pretty much the perfect size for me.”
Distinctive iYoYo design → blue carbon look with our recognizable YoYo Finger logo instead of another plain black case
Room for up to 6 YoYos → enough choice for practice, meet-ups or contests while remaining compact
Protected and separated → prevents your YoYos from knocking against each other while travelling
Room for accessories too → separate internal compartment for strings, bearings, axles, pads and other small parts
Functional YoYo cases often look very similar: black, simple and mainly designed to do the job. We wanted ours to be different.
The outside combines a distinctive blue carbon look with our YoYo Finger logo, making the case immediately recognizable and giving it much more personality than a typical black carrying case.
Design obviously isn’t the only reason to use a hard case – but if you are going to carry your favourite YoYos properly, we think the case itself can look good too. :-)
Inside, there is room for up to six YoYos, each kept in its own position. This prevents the YoYos from lying loose on top of each other and constantly knocking together during transport.
This is particularly useful for anodised aluminium and high-end bi-metal YoYos. A small scratch usually will not change the performance – but it certainly does not make your YoYo any prettier.
The structured outer shell provides considerably more protection than a simple fabric bag and helps prevent your YoYos from being crushed inside a backpack or travel bag.
This makes the case equally useful for storing your favourite YoYos at home and for taking them to practice, meet-ups, contests or on your travels.
The lid also features a separate zippered accessory compartment. Use it for replacement strings, bearings, axles, response pads, a Bearing Tool or other small essentials.
That way, you have not only your YoYos organised in one place, but also the spare parts and tools that somehow always seem to be needed exactly when you left them at home.
No matter if you are a collector or competitor, old-school vintage yo-yo fan or new school, professional or beginner: iYoYo is your yo-yo - or as we Germans say: Dein YoYo.
iYoYo is the brand of European Champion Dave Geigle - aiming to "create yo-yos with top-notch quality at reasonable, fair and afforable prices. We want to see iYoYo in the hands of as many people as we can, not just in those of the wealthiest."
