DNA-String (3 Pcs.)

YoYoFactory DNA STRING – less string twist during DNA practice

Dave’s opinion

“I do not recommend this string - sheerly because of its price and higher possibility of wear & tear - to be used as your "everyday"-string, but rather when you really want to focus heavily on learning and practicing the DNA. Constantly untwisting your string interrupts the rhythm.
That is where the DNA STRING comes in: its integrated swivel helps manage string twist. It is an interesting accessory for repeated DNA attempts. Timing and fingerspin technique are still yours to learn.”

• Integrated swivel → helps manage string twist

• 100% polyester → material for modern yoyo play

• Three strings per pack → spares for your practice sessions

• Short or Long → approximately 84 cm or 112 cm in length

A swivel for smoother practice sessions

The DNA STRING pairs a polyester string with an integrated swivel system. This helps manage twist while you play. String twist is particularly relevant during repeated DNA attempts, which is where this accessory comes in. You still need a suitable yoyo and the technique to perform the fingerspin itself.

Each pack contains three strings. Choose Short at approximately 84 cm (33 inches) or Long at approximately 112 cm (44 inches) according to your height, play style and personal preference. Length can vary slightly, and the string stretches with use.

The DNA STRING is a consumable part. YoYoFactory recommends replacing the complete unit when it shows wear, rather than replacing only the string attached to the mechanism. Check your setup regularly, just as you would with any other yoyo string.

If in doubt, please replace this more frequently than your regular string!

Please note: The pictured yoyo is obviously not included.
