Modern dimensions, straightforward concept

LifEter clearly follows the current trend toward wider and slightly larger competition YoYos. Its generous catch area makes clean landings easier during large movements, hops and technical combos.

July YoYo achieves this without an elaborate bimetal construction. LifEter is a classic 6061 aluminum monometal – and a good example of just how much performance a well-designed aluminum YoYo can deliver.

Plenty of stability and plenty of punch

On the string, LifEter feels direct and powerful. It is not designed to disappear completely during tricks. Instead, it gives you a strong sense of stability, control and lasting spin.

That leaves plenty of confidence during longer combos and also makes LifEter an interesting option not only for modern 1A, but for 3A and 5A play as well.

One thing that repeatedly stands out with the July YoYos we have played is the machining quality, and LifEter is no exception. It runs remarkably smoothly and precisely and feels extremely well made from the very first throw.

Ultimately, LifEter does not need one spectacular gimmick to make its case. It is simply a very well-made, modern and powerful monometal – and that is exactly why it is so enjoyable to play.
