We ship to (almost) all countries in the world.

Domestic shipping within Germany

• Shipping within Germany costs 4,99 EUR.
• Orders totaling 200 EUR and more are shipped free of charge.
• Alle packages are shipped via DHL, fully insured, trackable and CO2-neutral through DHL GOGREEN.
• Shipping to "Packstation" is possible.
• We usually ship within one day after your payment is received. Please note payment by Bank transfer may take up to 1-2 days within Germany. Payment via SOFORT or PayPal are received immediately.
• DHL usually takes 24-48 hours to be delivered after your package has been shipped.

International Shipping

• We ship all of our international parcels via Deutscher Post/DHL. Usually, these will be delivered via your country's national postal service. (i.e. USPS in the USA)
• All packages are fully insured, trackable and declared to the correct amount. 
• Delivery times differ from country to country. However, we have rarely heard of more than 10 days to be delivered and usually, within Europe, 5-7 days is the regular case.
• Shipping costs:
  • Austria: 9,99 EUR incl. VAT of 19%
  • Switzerland: 14,99 EUR
  • Rest of the world: 29,99 EUR
• Packages of 200 EUR and more are shipped free of charge!
• Please note that shipments outside of the European Union (i.e. Switzerland, Japan, USA etc.) may be subject to local import taxes and duties. These fees are paid by the receiver. We suggest to inform yourself about potential duties before ordering.
